Life can feel unpredictable—sometimes joyful, sometimes overwhelming. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your strength. Your story matters, and together we can uncover resilience, meaning, and new ways forward. In our work, we can explore the chapters that have shaped you while creating space for new ones filled with joy, freedom, and purpose.
I am a registered psychotherapist with a Master of Psychology from Adler Graduate Professional School. I am currently pursuing my Doctor of Psychology degree and completing my practicum under the supervision of Dr. Nicola Hermanto.
I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, complex trauma, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns. I am especially committed to working with multicultural issues, LGBTQ2S+ communities, and Indigenous peoples, recognizing the importance of identity, belonging, and healing from trauma.
My approach is integrative and humanistic, tailored to each person’s unique needs. I draw from psychodynamic, attachment-based, and client-centered therapies. I also incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). Grounded in an anti-oppressive framework, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered.
I offer care in English, French, and Farsi, so you can express yourself in the language that feels most natural.
